At the end of images, what can we see? This exhibition stems from an interest in self-portraits, and the story has come full circle to face the back that stands opposite the front. Someone may have referred to objects or parts of the body, like withered leaves or a gesture that seems to be speaking, while another may have focused on the tactile sense emerging on the image or the process of dispersing and delving into forms, hoping to reach themselves as the first subject of creation. Imagining that, at the end of the whisper that both aids and disrupts the reading of the image, one might come to recognize the faces of oneself, yours, or even ‘ours’.
